We have clean clothes with Arm & Hammer Plus Ox-iclean Crystal Burst Detergent-baking soda as detergent

Smiley360 did it again!  I love it when I am able to test a product and really like it.  My family and I received a full sized sample pack of Arm & Hammer Plus Oxiclean Crystal Burst Detergent.  I have never used it before, so I was anxious to try it. 

It works perfect, because my son is in summer camp and he is so dirty from all of the activies they have every day.  Using this detergent on a six year olds dirty clothes would be a true test, because he really nows how to get smelly and dirty.  Needless to say, I washed a load of his clothes and was pleasantlly surprised.  I am really big on how my families clothes smell after being washed.  When I began to unload the clothes from the washer to the drier the first thing I did was check for the fresh smell.  The clothes smelled fresh, but the scent was not as strong as I like but they did smell fresh.  As for removing all of the dirt and stains, it worked as well.  He did not have hard stains on his clothes.  So the combination of OxiClean® Stain Fighters and ARM & HAMMER® Baking Soda in this new crystal form does work.  The only thing I do not like is when I have a small load I do not like using the single use tab on a small load.  I feel like I am wasting it, although it is convenient. 

Overall, I like Arm & Hammer Plus Oxiclean Crystal Burst Detergent and do recommend others try it as well.

Enterprise Car Sales Has Poor Customer Service-improving customer services

I purchased a car from Enterprise Car Sales in Reseda, California on January 31, 2012.  My mother suggested I go there, because she purchased a car from them and they kept their cars serviced and certified.   

I agreed to go to Enterprise.  When I sat down with the sales person.  I told him, my budget and to not try and upsale me on anything.  I did not feel like dealing with the used car saleman rhetoric.  He agreed.  He found me a car that was in my budget and I was ready to sign.  Mind you this sales person was very nice during this entire process even the finance person was nice.  The car I was purchasing was at another lot so they had to go get it and bring it back, but when it arrived I agreed to purchase it.  I was told I had a seven day grace period to return the car if I decided to.  Well, within that seven days, I began to notice a loud squeeking in the breaks, I called and was told not to worry that it was just metallic breaks.   Then after the seven days, I noticed a rattle on the drivers side when I would drive especially if i went over the smallest bump.  The car is a 6 cylinder sedan, so the drive deep not seem smooth, especially with all of these sounds.  I started calling, only to hear it's the metallic breaks.  I started asking for them to look into it.  It took two months for the sales person to agree.  He then took my car over to one of their service centers and when he spoke with the people he did not want me present.  I had me to stand off to the side.  This seemed so shady.  His posture changed when they started saying how much it would cost to shave the breaks or rotors.  I did not care, I wanted the noise to go away.  He then had an attitude with me.  He then called his boss and he agreed to pay.  The job was done and then after a couple of days I was experiencing the same problem.  The next week after that, I was at a gas station pump and when I tried to drive off the car would not start.  I had to call roadside assistance and the guy told me, my battery was not tightened.  I could not believe this, especially when they told me this car had been fully inspected.  It was raining and my wiper blades were all ripped up.  This was rediculous.  I called the salesperson on Monday, and told him what was going on.  He was so rude, he told me the car was under warranty and to take care of it myself.  I was so angry, I told him that I would be speaking with my lawyer.  He said you do that.  WHAT????  He had turned into the shady used car sales man.  I called back and reached the guy in finance to tell him what was going on.  He said he had no idea this was happening.  He spoke with there boss that claimed he did not know anything, but he had approved the first job.  They told me to bring the car in and they would take it to the dealership for inspection. He was hesitant about giving me a rental, he had to ask again, then he wanted me to pay for it.  I refused.  I brought it in and when they told me it was ready they handed me some paper saying everything was fine.  The car was running the same, I called the dealership, the guy did not return my calls for a month.  I did not do anything right away, but almost two weeks ago, when I was in a parking lot, my car was making so much noise I knew I would have to call someone, on this particular day, my gas door would not open.  I was so angry I called the finance guy again.  He said I should have gone back to the dealership and speak to the service guy face to face.  Was he kidding me.  I then called the service guy again, when I reached him he told me Enterprise did not agree to a deep inspection, but he would do it at a cost.  I then called Enterprise back and the finance guy, began to act slightly rude as well.  I did not care how made he got, they needed to fix this broken down car and stand by their product.  He said he would speak to his boss and have something done.  He never called me back, so I called in and spoke with his boss, he said, I was waiting for your call.  What?  This people are crazy.  How is it that they are in business they are incompitent.   Who would hire them.  He should have called me.  He told me to bring the car in and they were going to send it out for a complete certification.  He would be out for a week, but the finance guy would handle everything.  I dropped the car off with the car rental side, because sales was closed.  After two days I did not hear anything finally I called, the finance guy could not understand why I was calling.  he did not know I had not spoken to someone about the details.  Again, poor communication.  They had my car for a week and three days.  When I picked it up.  My floor mats were missing and a small febreeze clip I had purchsed.  The boss said he would deliver the replacements to me.  Oh yeah, when I had the rental I had a flat and they tried to charge me for that.  When I returned the car they asked me for extra money, because the gas was not exactly where it was when I picked up.  Are you serious.  They should pay for the gas I used to drive back and forth over there and replace the gas they used to drive my car out for inspection. 

I picked my car up yesterday and the squeeking is gone for now.  The rattle is there a little, but the way it drives feels better.  Let's see how this turns out.  It should not have taken almost 7 months to resolve this issues.  Enterprise Car Sales has poor customer service.  I would not recommened purchasing a car from them.

Try new Arm & Hammer Sensitive toothpaste-sensitive toothpaste reviews

Thanks smiley360.  I am really smiling, after using new Arm & hammer Sensitive tooth paste.  When the smiley360 box arrived I opened it and it had one full size box and four samples to give out.  I told my daughter about the tooth paste and not to touch them.  When I was in the process of creating a youtube video showing the toothpaste, I noticed one of the samples was missing.  Later, my daughter  come in my room, just smiling and she says, "Mom you are going to love this tooth paste, I know how much you like baking soda, so you are going to like the taste"  All I could do was look at her. 

My daughter was right, I do like this new Arm & Hammer toothpaste.  I absolutley love the taste. My breath does feel fresh of course, but I just really like the taste.  I did notice that the box says it is from the makers of Orajel and says that if offers maximum relief without a prescription.  Orajel has been a life saver for me and my family over the years, when we have issues with our teeth. I am experiencing slight issues and know I have to go to the dentist.  I do believe that using the new Arm & Hammer will help but, not solve all issues, so do not think if you use this you do not have to go the dentist.

Speaking of Kroger, I went to my local Ralphs store with my coupons. I wanted to pick up some SoBe to share with my daughter and her coworkers. When I went I made sure my son was with me. He was not going to drink all of mine this time. BzzAgent had given my 5 coupons with $.50 off. I was so excited, because they were on sale for $1.00, too bad Ralphs does not double their coupons like they used to. My son and I spent a while picking out what flavors we thought everyone would like. We were in the water aisle and then decided to go to the refridgerated section and were so excited, because it was so hot outside. We could not wait to drink our Life Water. It tasted so smooth and cool. I wanted to drink the other bottles, but we had to share.

California Ice Cream Makes Me Scream!!!-california advisory board

On June 13th, my son and I attend an California Ice Cream Makes Me Scream Social that was hosted by the California Milk Advisory Board. We had a wonderful time. Who wouldn't love eating different varieties of ice cream. Please note that all of the variations of ice cream that were provided were pretty light. The recipes and desserts were developed by Kristina Vanni on behalf of the California Milk Advisory Board.





Kristina Vanni gave us demonstrations of the three recipes she developed. They were Cannoli Gelato Sandwich, Floating Blueberry California Cobbler and Peanut Butter Brittle Ice Cream Pops. They were all good, but my favorite was the Peanut Butter Brittle Ice Cream Pops. I cannot wait to make it myself, my guest are going to go crazy. What I liked about this one was the taste of course, but I thought it was cute. All you to do is prepare everything in paper cups and then add a plastic spoon to make the pops and when you give them to every to eat, they can either tear the paper of and it as a ice cream pop or leave it in the cup and let it melt a little and then spoon it out.



As you can see my son is enjoying this as well. I will be making this for sure. He also enjoyed the Floating Blueberry California Cobbler, what I liked most about this float was the blueberrys. I could not wait to spoon them out. It was not too heavy and was very delicous.




It is good to see that people are encouraged to eat dairy and are encouraged with so many wonderful recipes. I know in my family milk is a staple in our house, but I run out of ideas. Even as I have gotten older I no longer go in and grab a glass of milk, but having this opportunity to attend the social with Real California Milk has opened my eyes to many alternatives and to make it fun drinking milk fun and exciting for my family. Kroger Family Private Selection Taste Really Good

As a Bzzagent, I signed for the Kroger Private Selection campaign.  I do not usually buy store brand products, because in my mind it is not going to taste good or it is too cheap.  Well, I have been proven wrong.  The Private Selection taste really good and is reasonably priced. 

My family and I first tried the chips they were good.  They come in many premiums flavors and four vareties, Tortilla, Kettle, Rice and Bean and Pita.  They have six inch pies and ice cream, in which my family and I have not tried, but plan to this weekend.  We do not eat beef , but there is a Private Selection Angus Burger.  It is freshly ground 100% Angus Beef.  I have a friend that has a husband and three boys and they always have guest.  I knew this would be perfect for the next time I went over there, all though I would not be able to try it I am sure they would appreciate it at the next get together.  I even brought this recipe so she could try something new. 

Private Selection Angus Burger
Private Selection Angus Burger
Private Selection Roasted Poblano & Sautéed Red Onion Angus Burger
Freshly Ground 100% Angus Ground Beef is blended with roasted poblano peppers, red onion and Monterey Jack cheese and finished with a kick of spicy mayonnaise for a gourmet burger experience.

Spicy Mayonnaise1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 tsp Private Selection ground cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp Private Selection ground cumin

Burgers1 1/4 lbs Private Selection Angus ground beef
2 poblano peppers, roasted, seeded and finely diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced, sautéed and cooled to room temperature
4 slices Private Selection Monterey Jack cheese, torn into small pieces
1 tsp Private Selection ground cumin
1 tsp Private Selection sea salt
1/2 tsp Private Selection freshly ground black pepper

Cooking spray4 grilled or toasted Private Selection jumbo whole wheat sandwich buns
1 large tomato, cut into 1/4-inch-thick rounds
1 ripe avocado, sliced Private Selection living lettuce

For Mayonnaise:
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and chill.

For Burger:Combine first 7 burger ingredients in large bowl; mix lightly with fingertips or fork just until incorporated. Form meat mixture into 4 (4 inch-wide) patties. Place patties on platter. Beef patties can be made 6 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Lightly coat with cooking spray. Grill burger on first side until juices come through. Turn burger and cook second side until temperature reaches 165°F. Grill buns, cut side down, just until lightly toasted, about 1 minute. To assemble the burgers, spread the spicy mayonnaise on the cut sides of the buns. On each roll bottom, place a burger, a tomato slice, avocado slice and lettuce. Add the roll tops and enjoy.

She is an excellent cook, so everyone enjoyed there Angus Burger. 

This weekend I am trying out the dessert and ice cream on my parents over this Fathers Day weekend.  They love desserts and I cannot wait to tell them that is is Kroger Private Selection.  They do not usually by store brands either. 

Kroger Private Selection has changed my view of store brand products.  I don't think I will cross over to complete buying store brand products, but I will buy the Private Selection.

My Mom Now Loves Dr. Scholl's For Her High Heel Insoles

I may have mentioned that I am a Bzzagent and I bzz about many products.  Well, I am now bzzing about Dr. Scholl's For Her.  Dr. Scholls for Her is the first line of foot care products designed specifically with women's needs in mind.  Dr. Scholl's For her High Heel Insoles are clinically proven to improve the way you feel in heels. 

I signed up for this campaign with my mother in mind.  I ofter hear her say, "I wish I could wear high heels again."  She has had foot trouble for over 20 years and has gotten progressively worse.  I have watched her go from high heels to low heels and still feel discomfort.  I could not wait to give her my the product to test out.  I was so excited.  I called her as soon as I received them and told her to stop by my house when she was in the area.  She came by that day.  Prior to her arrival, I was squeezing the insole with my fingers, I just knew she would like them, they felt good to my finger, I guess they were soft and gooey to me.  It was not to think and it was clear.  I didn't think it would show when wearing a high heel.  When she finally came to pick them up, she said she would wear them to church.  On the day she wore them I called her to ask how they felt.  She told me they felt good.  She said they were comfortable and felt like jelly.  She did wear them to church with no trouble.  Mind you this is woman that has been longing to wear heels just for a moment and has taken her first step to find some comfort for a few hours, although they can provide all day comfort.  My mom is taking baby steps. 

I have also given coupons away to some of my friends.  They have not told me if they have purchased their insoles yet, but I cannot wait to hear how they worked for them.  They were excited about receiving the coupons and did express excitement on the new product.

Sprint Does Not Take Care of It's Customers-sprint service reviews

This is an email I sent to Sprint regarding their poor customer service and their poor service.  I am hoping to recieve a response from them.

I have been a Sprint customer since the late 1990's and I am so frustrated with the poor service and customer service I have been receiving in recent months. 


I have been having issues with my phone since September 10, 2011 until the present moment. Please note I do use my phone for both personal and business use. During the weekend of September 10th. I was not able to receive picture mail, text, calls, voice mail and internet. My voicemail messages were delayed by a couple of days. I had many missed calls, but was not able to always see missed calls in my log. I called customer service and they told me it was a national issue, then told me to call back the next day. I did and was then told it was a local tower issue, because of the upgrades, then I was told it may be an issue with blackberry. These are explanations I was given that first week and was told to call back each time. This went on for weeks, I then went into the Sprint store and they offered me the Air Rave. Customer service could have made this offer weeks prior, but did not. I was told this would improve my situation. Well, it has not, I have been told that I do not always receive my text, because the Air Rave needs to be tweeked and I need to consider it is a knew product. When I am on a call and I am entering the house, I have to tell the person I will call them back and wait for my phone to connect to the Air Rave. If I am on a call and I am leaving the house when I drive 1/2 a block my call drops, because it is disconnecting from the device. Mind you this thing does not work well either. I am still missing calls and text. Not all people leave messages so I have no way of knowing they called, because I cannot see when people are calling most of the time. My problems have been sent to escalations on numerous occasions and some of my tickets have been closed, because the representative could not reach me when they called, they were not using their common sense. If I am not always able to receive calls they needed to leave a message and keep the ticket open. I have received some credits up unitl January. I have expressed concern now, because Sprint wants me to pay a monthly bill when I am not able to operate my small business as normal and I have a tremendous loss in revenue. I have been told that when the ticket closes that it is when I will receive a credit. This is unfair. I did speak with a man named Carlos over two months ago and he claimed that he would resolve my problem. When he called me he had me on the phone for over an hour going on the sprint.com and looking at towers. He assured me he would call me in one week. He did not. His boss did call before the week was up and I told him I was waiting for Carlos to troubleshoot and call me back. He had given me a phone number to his desk, which is 254-298-7479. I have called this number and left numerous messages and he has not returned my calls nor has he followed up with me. Prior to Carlos calling, I received a call from Marshall and he was in the same department as Carlos, he was so unprofessional when leaving a message, I hestitated to return his call; however I have tried reaching him as well at phone number 254-295-8739. The manager, Marshall and Carlos have been very unprofessional. Carlos assured me this issue would be resolved and I would receive the credit that is due to me. I have called Sprint and asked different representatives to note this on my account. I think it is redicuoulous that you all do not offer credits to customers when they have as many issues as I am having and expect for me to pay for a phone bill I am not able to totally use. I cannot believe none of the representatives are able to assist. Oh yes I failed to mention the dropped and failed calls.



On another note, I took my daughter to the Sprint store to replace a battery in her phone, it was noted on her account that technical support should assist her. She had an older phone, but she always takes the battery out and switches it with a second battery, well in the process of doing this the batteries have gotten wet, not the phone. We went to Sprint store in Encino, California. When she spoke with Mike Polly, he refused to look at the phone, because he saw the battery was pink. She tried explaining to him what she wanted and suggested he look in the notes. He did not do any of it. He asked her was it a financial issue that she did not upgrade her phone. She came out to the car and told me what he said, I immediately called customer service and reached Teresa in Fort Lauderdale Apo10116, she could not believe what I was telling her. I told her I was on my way into the store. When I entered there was a sales person Ana R. working the desk. I told her what was going on, but before I could finish she agressively started telling me there were not going to look at the phone. Teresa could her this and told me to hand the phone to Ana R. She tried talking to Ana and Ana began talking agreesively to her as well. I was completely mortified by this persons behavior. Teresa, began to look over the notes to see if they noted that we came in and nothing was noted on my account. This happens often. She told them to close out the ticket. Mike Polly did so, but stating that the phone had water damage, which was not true, he never looked at the phone. We left the store and Teresa opened another a ticket. Needless to say, that week we went back to the store and purchased an iphone for my daughter. The sales person that helped us told me that he heard about the incident with Ana R and they spoke poorly of us. They sales person was nice; however, when he upgraded my daughters phone he actually upgraded my line so she was receiving all of my calls and he cancelled my insurance. We had to go back to the store and fix it. Mind you I do not live by this store. During this visit, I was there trying to replace my phone. Customer service told me I could go and replace my phone, when I got there I was told I had to pay a deductable, that was not what I was told. I had to call customer service and they had to mail me a knew phone. Upon receiving the replacement, I went into Sprint for them to activate and make the appropriate changes it took two hours for them to do that and then I had to come back this past Saturday for them to complete it. These people are lazy and lack people skills.



Lastly, I would like to hear from someone regading all of these issues. This is insane. It is even more insane for me to continue with the service.

I Love My Sleep Number Coolfit Foam Pillow

As some of you may recall, a few months back, as a member of smiley360 I went into my local Sleep Number store and test some mattress and found my number. Well, after that I received a coolfit foam pillow for participating in this campaign. I was so happy to recieve my new pillow.

This pillow is amazing. It is cooler than traditional memory foam and I can sleep at a more comfortable temperature. It allows air movement and my weight distributes more evenly for surperior support.

When it arrived I thought I would wait to use it, because I wanted to buy a second one to go on my bed. I could not resist. I absolutely love this pillow. My 17 year old daughter now wants one. Since I need to purchase a second pillow I will buy her one also.

I thought I loved going to bed at night, because I love how comfortable my bed is, but this has added some extra time to feel good and relax. Now all I need is the mattress.

This is a must have. I suggesst you go out and purchase along with the mattress as well. We should all rest comfortably.

We Like Post Honey Bunches of Oats

As a Purex Insider, I was able to review Post Honey Bunches of Oats-Honey Roasted. I was eager to do so, because Honey Bunches of Oats is a brand my family and I eat, but had never tried the Honey Roasted. When the box arrived my six year old could not wait for me to open the box. He had to have a bowl as I prepared dinner. This is something I never allow him to do, but I did not think it would do too much harm. After he was done he wanted more. Granola is something we love to eat and to find that there were so many pieces of granola we were all satisfied. I was glad to see that, because I feel like now I do not always have to add milk. It seemed like it could be a finger snack as well.

I also received coupons to share with others. I gave my mother some coupons, because I know my neice and nephews are always visiting with her and my dad, so this would be perfect for them. She was pleased to have the coupon and said she would definitely use it. I then gave the rest out and have saved one for my family. I did give one coupon to one of my friends. She was so excited when she saw the word free, but then laughed and said, "You may not agree with this, but my family thinks this is healthy cereal, thank you soooooo much for this, wow this is free!" All I could do was laugh, I was happy to see her excitment and pleased to know she and her family like Post Honey Bunches of Oats, so I know she would like the Honey Roasted.

Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted contains 10g of whole grain per serving, 6 grams of sugar, there is 0 grams of trans fat, saturated gat and Omg Cholesterol. So from my and her family are on the right track.
